Subd. <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />Smoke, Dust, Fumes, or Gases: Every operation shall conform to <br />Minnesota Pollution Control standards. <br /> <br />G <br /> <br />Storage of materials: Outside storage shall be located or screened, <br />so as not to be visible from any of the classes of residence <br />districts. <br /> <br />Hazard: Every operation shall be carried on with reasonable <br />precautions against fire and explosion hazards. <br /> <br />Water supply: The design and construclion of water supply <br />facilities and water supply source shall be in accord with City <br />health standards and requirements, <br /> <br />Waste: All sanitary sewage and industrial wastes shall be treated <br />and disposed of in such manner as to comply with health standards <br />and requirements of the City and the State Department of Health <br />and the State Water Pollution Control Commission. <br /> <br />Architectural Control and AoDearance <br /> <br />A. All buildings erected shall conform to the Uniform Building Code. <br /> <br />Building specifications must contain sufficient data to indicate <br />elevations, all materials, textures, colors, and finishes for all <br />foundations, exterior walls and roofs of buildings and for all <br />storage fencing and waifs. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will review <br />the overall appearance of the proposed buildings in terms of the <br />structure's relationship and impact on adjacent land uses and <br />development. The building should conform with the existing design <br />and character of the industrial park, and any adjacent businesses. <br />The standards for architectural treatment will be the same for the <br />sides of buildings facing a street or a residential area as those <br />standards for the front of buildings. <br /> <br />All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be one or a <br />combination of the following: <br /> <br />a. Face brick. <br /> <br />b. Natural stone. <br /> <br />c. Decorative block, if used with brick, stone, or glass. <br /> <br />Specially designed pre-cast concrete units, if the surfaces <br />have been integrally treated with an applied decorative <br />material or texture. <br /> <br />Factory fabricated or pre-engineered steel and finished <br />metal framed panel construction, if the panel materials are <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
