Commissioner $iebert seconded the nomination to appoint Commissioner Ippel <br />as Chairm~n. <br /> <br />Commissioner !ppel stated that he is neutral on the airport issue but that <br />he would'like to voice his opinion and is that within the realm of serving <br />as Chairman? <br /> <br />CommissiOner $ieber suggested that Roberts Rules of Order be adopted with <br />an amendment allowing the Chairman the rights of free discussion and voting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Greenberg declined his nomination. <br /> <br />Motion bY Commissioner Sieber and seconded by Commissioner Siebert to close <br />the nominaltions for Chairman of the Airport Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Greenberg, Commissioners Ippel, <br />Morrow, $iebert, Donovan, Patz, Sieber and Moen. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner $oderholm. <br /> <br />Acting Ch~irm~n Greenberg called for a vote to the motion to nominal Commissioner <br />Ippel as ~hairman of the Airport Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Greenberg, Commissioners Ippel, <br />Morrow, S~ebert, Donovan, Patz, Sieber and Moen. Voting No: None.
