The <br />developeN .is responsible for sewer and water in the area he is developing and <br />he finds t~e:~ustomers. Anyone that is not in that area will have no cost <br />for sewer .andjwater. This is the City's policy, there are some ifs, but that <br />is what we intend to live by. If the developer wants <br />to pay for al~ that trunk and sewer line he can, but he is not going to run <br />it past my prQperty and expect me to pay for some of it.
