He also agreed with <br />Mr. Peterkin s!suggest~on of zero lot line and condos and doubles are already <br />allowed in ~ur!Urban area. <br /> <br />Mr. Ippel~tated that he chose to live in Ramsey because it is a community <br />where you~get~he most home for your money versus communities with excessively <br />high lot P~ice$.
