Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Lichter, <br />Greenberg, iTitterud and Gamec. <br /> <br />Chairman H~it~npointed out that in the Charter minutes of January 26, 1984, <br />page 7 ofI 8, i~ was noted that the Charter Commission would be conducting a <br />public mee%ing! on February 15, 1984. <br /> <br />Commissioner S~eber inquired as to the reason a public meeting notice was not <br />published. ~ <br /> <br />Chairman Heitm~n replied that there is a communication problem between City <br />Staff and Commission regarding what action needs to be taken. <br /> <br />Commissioner B~uerkemper stated that according to City Attorney Goodrich a <br />public hea~in~ regarding the charter is not required, therefore two notifications <br />of the hem=lng' is also not required. <br /> <br />CC/February 9, 1984 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
