If the council decides to proceed with the project, we <br />would reco~nd~that a topographical survey and grading plan be done on the entire <br />site. ThiS~tou)d establish grading elevation for the entire site which would help <br />reduce gra~liiing ~osts on future areas of construction. Therefore, we have included <br />the cost or,the!grading plan for the entire in the estimated engineering and admin- <br />istrative ~dst ~f $10,400.00 in Table I. In addition, if the city would like a <br />boundary sl~vey~and a certificate of survey, we have estimated the cost to be $1,300.00 <br />This cost w)s n(ot included in the project cost. <br />We have alis~ r~viewed the costs of providing a well at the site for irrigation or <br />flooding ~Qfith~ hockey rinks.
