At its Council meeting of November 10, 1992, the Ramsey City <br />Council determined that, pursuant to Section "1.61.09 of the City Code, the National Ataxia <br />Foundation does not meet the provisions of expenditures for lawful purposes within the City's <br />trade area. Therefore, at the City Council meeting of Tuesday, November 24, 1992, CiB, Council <br />will consider recommending denial of the premises permit application based upon the trade area <br />provision, tt is expected that the resolution of denial will, in fact, pass.
