Emissions from the melt furnace shall comply with State~ Itnd Federal regulations as they exist and may be modified from time to time duringihe l~eriod of this CUP. An independent testing laboratory shall conduct emissions monitoring at least once per year or on a more frequent basis if pollutants are in excess of standal~ds. ['he Permit Holder shall make a complete report available to the City within thirty (~0) tays of completion by the testing laboratory.
