Emissions from the melt furnace shall comply <br />with State~ Itnd Federal regulations as they exist and may be modified from time to time <br />duringihe l~eriod of this CUP. An independent testing laboratory shall conduct emissions <br />monitoring at least once per year or on a more frequent basis if pollutants are in excess of <br />standal~ds. ['he Permit Holder shall make a complete report available to the City within <br />thirty (~0) tays of completion by the testing laboratory. At a minimum, the parameters of <br />such ernissibns monitoring shall include the following State and Federal criteria pollutant <br />emiS.qi0ns ~ may exist from time to time during the term of this permit. If, in the opinion of the City Administrator or his <br /> authod~ed :~*~presentative, it is determined to conduct pollution tests during an officially <br /> repo: inc~dent, the City may contract with an independent testing laboratory who shall be <br /> perrm~tt~d aCcess to the fac~hty to conduct tests as may be prescribed by the City and to <br /> ev~luat~ cor~ditions of the facility. The cost of such evaluation testing and reports shall be <br /> borne b~, thg Permit Holder and payment for such costs will be due within 30 days of the <br /> invoice ~late! <br /> Correc~tivei Actions. The City may order the Permit Holder to undertake corrective <br /> action~s Within specific time frames based on test results or evaluations to remedy pollution <br /> problorr~.~ or huisance complaints.
