He stated that a year ago the property was inactive for about a year. <br />He informed City Staff that it was vacant and thought the City could revoke the permit for non-use. <br />Now Butch Browning has been in operation for about a year but the condition of the premises has <br />not gotten any better. He added that the CUP doesn't allow vehicle repair and that is happening on <br />the premises. He stated he has lived at his place for 13 years and for 12 of the 13 years he has not <br />had a conforming use next door. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Hardin and <br />Zimmerman.
