SECTION 3 <br />FEES AND PERMITS <br /> <br />I T~e i~suance of permits and licenses, the collection of fees and the <br /> re~quirements for bonds and insurance shall be as set by resolution. <br /> <br />2. The charges for tapping watermains, and the amount of the water <br /> meteri usage fee hermnafter specified, shall be prod at the t~me <br /> atiplic~tion for service is made and before the service is installed. No <br /> w~iterlwill be turned on until all charges against the premises are paid. <br /> <br />5.
