Councdme.~berrr <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION //92-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR C.W. HOULE, INC. (PROJECT <br />91 ~14) <br /> <br /> WHEBEA$, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on <br />November 26, li991; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution <br />//91-11- _ ~wai'ding the bid to C.W. Houle, Inc. for the construction of Improvement <br />Project 91-14. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, lnc,,: recommended partial payment to C.W. Houle, Inc. in the amount of <br />$274,828.40. <br /> <br />NOW, THER:,EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOK.A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1 ) ~ha~ the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to C.W. Houle, <br />Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project 91-14 in the amount of <br />~274,828,40. <br /> <br /> 2) 'That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator <br />to sign the release form for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution <br /> : r , <br />92-04- ap:prowng payment of the bills for the month of April, 1992. <br /> <br /> 4) r:That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy <br />of this resolution; <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same' <br /> <br />and the following: abstained: <br /> <br />and the folloWing were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon sa!d resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this 2Bth day of April, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />
