The order ofbuskness at special meethngs shall be the smme as that at regular meetings. Application and appeals. Subdivision 1. Application. a. Form. Each application and appeal shall be in ~-riting and shall contain such information as hereinafter prescribed. b. Application for Permission to Use Alternate Materials and Methods of Construction. An application for permission to use alternate materials or methods of construction shall first be submitted to the Building Official for his/her approval or denial and shall include: The name and address of the applicant, and if the applicant is acting as agent for another, the name and address of the person, firm, or corporation for whom the applicant is agent.
