I7 and Minnesota Uniform Fire Code (where adopted), are hereby adopted by reference and <br />made a part of this Ordinance as if fully set forth at this point. <br /> <br />SECTION 2, <br /> <br />PENALTY <br /> <br />Any person violating any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction <br />shall be punished by a fine and/or imprisonment. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
