PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE <br /> FOR F & R ENTERPRISES <br /> , By: Ryan R. Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />CASE #5 <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As Council will ,recall, at the December 10, 1991 meeting, a public hearing was scheduled for the <br />evening of Jar!u~y !4, 1992, for the abatement of the felled trees .just north of Trunk Highway <br />#10 in the vicirfity Of Puma Street N.W. in Ramsey. On January 3, 1992, notice of the public <br />hearing was pu~lish~d. On January 7, 1992, I spoke with Tom Baros, a representative of F & R <br />Enterprises. H~ requested a 30-day extension of the public hearing in that the principals and <br />pertinent other r'~epregentatives of F & R were out of the state and will not be due back for a short <br />period of time. '~ <br /> <br />Enclosed for yO~Ur review is the pertinent correspondence from the past two years regarding this <br />nuisance and the~ aba!ement thereof. <br /> <br />As was de¢idediat the January 14, 1992 City Council meeting, the public hearing planned for that <br />evening was scl~eduled to reconvene tonight, February 25, 1992. Enclosed for your review is a <br />copy of the ©ff~r o£rSetttement for Permit to Conduct Open Burning. This is what the owner is <br />proposing whJc~ at,~o includes the resolution that had been proposed in 1989.
