Absent: <br />The Commission Weeded, to review and discuss the terms of the conditional use permit. <br />Motion by CoOa~.'ssioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that <br />City Council ~P.~ e the request to construct a metal accessory structure at 15328 Hematite Street <br />N.W. and adopt tiaa resolution declaring conditions of the conditional use permit. <br />Further diseus$ion~:i Commissioner Hendriksen stated, for the record, that he feels the proximity to <br />the neighborigg ~.. etal shed, the distance from the road and the circumstances of this property, <br />swayed his d~isi~)a in this matter. The building will be used to store classic cars, recreation and gardening <br />equipment.
