[ Motion by Co~$sioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that City Council adopt, thii'esolution adopting the findings of fact, as amended, relating to the request to construct a i~e~tal lhccessory structure at 15328 Hematite Su'eet N.W. Motion carri~d.i~[!Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, Thorud. Commissioner HendrikSen,~I~ and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: The Commission Weeded, to review and discuss the terms of the conditional use permit. Motion by CoOa~.'ssioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that City Council ~P.~ e the request to construct a metal accessory structure at 15328 Hematite Street N.W. and adopt tiaa resolution declaring conditions of the conditional use permit. Further diseus$ion~:i Commissioner Hendriksen stated, for the record, that he feels the proximity to the neighborigg ~.. etal shed, the distance from the road and the circumstances of this property, swayed his d~isi~)a in this matter. He would not have normally voted approval for this request. Commissioner!Te~q'y agreed with Commissioner Hendriksen reasons for recommending approval. Motion carried~~. Case #2: iR~ quest for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct an Accessory ~$t'acture Larger than Allowed by City Code; Case of Brian and IL~ iral Sohns Zoning Admi~s~,.amr Frolik stated that Brian and Laural Sohns arc requesting a conditional use permit to cons ~_gu. eVan accessory structure larger than City Code allows on their property at 17958 Fluorine Stree~ NilW. The building will be used to store classic cars, recreation and gardening equipment. Tt~g hgight of the building will be of normal height for a garage.
