§ 7.53 <br /> <br /> Licermed premises. "Licensed premises" is the premises described in <br />the approved license application. <br /> <br /> Malt liquor. "Malt liquor" is any beer, ale, or other beverage made <br />from malt by fermentation and containing not less than .5% alcohol by volume. <br /> <br /> New construction. "New construction" is a building or premises <br />which has never before been occupied for any purpose. <br /> <br /> Non-intoxicating malt liquor. "Nonintoxicating malt liquor" is malt <br />liquor containing not less than .5% alcohol by volume nor more than 3.2% alcohol <br />by weight. <br /> <br /> Off sale. "Off-sale" is the sale of alcoholic beverages in origina] <br />packages for consumption off the licensed premises only. <br /> <br /> On sale. "On-sale" is the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption <br />on the licensed premises only. <br /> <br />beverages. <br /> <br />Package. "Package" is a sealed or covered container of alcoholic <br /> <br />Person. "Person" has the meaning given it in MS §645.44, Subdivision <br /> <br /> l~et~{1. "Retail" is sale for consumption. <br /> <br /> Sale and Sell and Sold. "Sale" and "sell" and "sold" means all barters <br />and all manners of furnishing intoxicating liquor, including such furnishing in <br />~dolation or evasion of law. <br /> <br /> Table or sparkling wine. "Table or sparkling wine" is a beverage <br />made without rectification or fortification and containing not more than 25% of <br />alcohol by vol-me and made by the fermentation of grapes, grape juice or other <br />fruits or honey. <br /> <br /> Wine. "Wine" is sparkling and carbonated wine, ~-ine made from <br />condensed grape must, wine made from other agricultural products than sound, <br />ripe grapes, ~m~tation wine, compounds sold as wine, vermouth, cider, pe.,-ry and <br />sake, in each instance containing not less than 7% nor more than 24% alcohol by <br />volume for nonindustrial use. <br /> <br />7.53.04 Applications for license to be verified. Every application for an "on <br />sale" hcense shall be verified and filed with the City Administrator. <br /> <br />7.53.05 Contents of application. In addition to information which may be <br />required by the State Liquor Control Commissioner, the license application shall <br />state: <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1.
