I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I' <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />§ 7.53 <br /> <br /> ~ ~bd. 12~ W~enever the application for an "off-sale" license, or for a <br />transfer' t~e~bof, is for premises either planned or under construction or <br />undergo'm~'~ 8tlbstantial alteration, the application shall be accompanied by a set of <br />preliminar~F 9]~ans showing the d.esi.gn of the proposed premises to be licensed. If <br />the plans ~ design are on file with the zoning officer, no plans need to be filed ~dth <br />the City A~strator. <br /> ~ ~SUb& 13. Each application for a license shall be accompanied by a <br />surety bon, d ,10r, in lieu thereof, chase or United States government bonds of <br />equivalentim~rket value as provided in Minneso~ Statutes §340A.412, Subdivision <br />1, Such' ~rety,,bond o,r, other security shall be in the sum of $3000.00 for an <br />applicant ~r ~ off-sale license and shall be approved by the City Council and by <br />the State :~m~issioner of Public Safety <br /> : ~bd. 14. Approval of security. Liability insurance policies required <br />by this sUl~see~on but not by state law and surety bonds required under subdivision <br />13 shall b~ _a, Pproved as to form by the c~ty attorney. Operation of ~ licensed <br />business ~ith~ut having on file with the city at all times effective security as <br />required in P~i~agraph ~t3 and 14 is a cause for revocation of the license. <br /> <br />7,53.06 Execution of application~ If the application is by a natural person, it <br />shall be $ign~ by such person; if by a corporation, by an officer thereof; if by a <br />partnership, ~ one of the partners; if by an ~mincorporated association, by the <br />manager-0~ m~auaging officer thereof. All license applications shall be signed and <br />sworn to b.~fo~ a notary public. If the applicant is a partnership, the application <br />and any ~B~en~e, bond or insurance policy shall be made end issued in the names of <br />all the pa ~r~ners. <br /> <br />7,53.07 i Renewal of application. ApplicatiOns for the renewal of an existing <br />license sh~ll ~ made at least ~0 days prior to the date of the expiration of the <br />license an~ ~l~all be made in such abbreviated form as the City Council may <br />approve. ~f, ~ the judgment of the Council, good and s~ cient cause is shown by <br />any applic~n~ifor the applicant's fR~]ure to file for a renewal within the time <br />provided, t~e i~o~mcil may, if the other provisions of this section are complied with, <br />waive this ~e~rement and grant the application. <br /> <br />7.53.08 i T~icense fees. The following provisions control as :o license fees and <br />related sub~eC%: <br /> i Su~ ~bdivision L The annual license fee for an "off- sale" license shall be <br />as provided ix~I § 7.01.10. <br /> i SUb&2. The annual license fee shall be paid in full before the <br />applicatioz~ifo~ ia license is accepted..All fees shall be paid into the general fund of <br />the City. ~ll ~icenses shall expire on the last day of June of each year.
