RESOLUTION NO. 30 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Now therefore be it resolved that pursuant to statutory authority <br />the municipal engineer for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey is hereby <br />authorized to request and obtain from the Minnesota Department of <br />needed engineering and technical services during the .year of 1977, for <br />which payment will be made by the City upon receipt of verified claims <br />from the Commissioner of Highways, and the MSA resolution for our highways <br />No. 74-31. <br /> <br /> Further, that pursuant to Section 161.36, Subdivision 1 through 6, <br />Minnesota Statutes 1971, the Commissioner of Highways be appointed as <br />agent of the City of Ramsey to let as its agent, contracts for the <br />construction of portions of Municipal Streets, for the year 1977, and <br />the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized and directed for an on behalf <br />of the City Council to execute and enter into a contract with <br />the Commissioner of Highways prescribing the terms and conditions of <br />such contract in the form as set forth and contained in "Minnesota <br />Department of Highways Agency Contract Form No. 30774, a copy of which <br />said form was before the Council, assuming on behalf of the City all of <br />the contractual obligations therein contained. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Ramsey this 27th day of December <br />1976. <br /> <br />AiTEST: <br /> <br />~-~MAYOR ~ <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
