RESOLUTION NO. 1~ ~ ~7 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, ~{INNESOTA <br /> <br /> WHERF3kS a resolution of the city council adopted the 10th day of July, 1978, <br />fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed bitu~lino~m surfacing improvement <br />of all the streets in %he plat of Greenland Hills Plat 2 and specifically the following <br />streets in Greenland Hills Plat 2: <br /> <br />151st Lane N.W. <br />152ndLane N.W. <br />Chameleon Street N.W. <br />Alpaca Street N.W. <br /> <br /> AND, WHEREAS, ten (10) days' published notice of the hearing through two (2) <br />weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon <br />on the 25th day of July, 1978, at which hearing all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW, TI~M~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF .THE CITY OF R~4SEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> 1. Such bituminous surfacing is hereby ordered as proposed in the council <br />resolution adopted the 10th day of July, 1978. <br /> <br /> 2. Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer <br />for this improvement. This company shall prepare plans and specifications for the <br />making of such improvement. <br /> <br /> 3. The city clerk/treasurer shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the city's <br />official newspaper an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for three (3) <br />weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that. bids will be received by <br />the city clerk/treasurer until 10:00 a.m., on August , 1978, at which time they will <br />be publicly opened in the council chambers of the City Hall by the city clerk/treasurer <br />and engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 <br />p.m., on August , 1978 in the council chambers. No bids will be considered unless <br />sealed and filed with the clerk/treasurer and acccmpanied by a cash deposit, cashier's <br />check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City for ten (10) per cent of the <br />amount of each bid. <br /> <br />DATED this 25th day of July, 1978. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
