W. <br />ANOKA, MINNESOTA 55303 <br />427-1410 <br /> <br />Aug. 13, 197& <br /> <br />Excerpt from minutes of Ramsey Town Board meeting of Aug. 13, 197& <br /> <br />"Mr. Hopperstad moved we delete all of Section 7 of Ordinance <br />No. 73-2 "An ordinance requiring a certificate of occupancy <br />for any newly constructed structure or structures used <br />in a non-conforming manner and providing penalties for <br />failure to obtain such certificate," the penalty to be up to <br />$300 per day for the builder and the buyer individually and <br />separately for each day of violation and to be strictly en- <br />forced, and after the initial trip the cost will be $25.00 <br />for each additional trip to be paid to the Township in ad- <br />vance of the trip. Seconded by Mr. Reimann. Motion carried <br />unanimously." <br /> <br /> <br />
