Sunfish) <br /> <br />August 13, 1974 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> %RIEREAS, a Joint Powers Agreement has been executed between the <br />Municipality of Ramsey and An0ka County, concerning the construction and <br />designation of the so-called Sunfish Lake Boulevard, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the provisions of the Agreement are being carried forward, <br /> <br /> I~IEREAS, the letting of a contract for construction of said Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard is imminent. <br /> <br /> N~.7, ~IEREFORE, BE IT HEP~BY RESOLVED, that in accordance with the <br />terms of said Agreement the roadway known as.Sunfish Lake Boulevard be <br />designated along the approved centerline running approximately North and <br />South along or near the West Line of Sections 35, 26 and 23, and numbered <br />County Road No.57 connecting Trunk Highway No. IO and County State Aid High- <br />way No.5 being approximately 2.358 miles in length. <br /> <br />AUDITOR'S CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />SEAL <br />STATE OF MINNESOTa) <br /> )ss <br />coat~ OF ANOKA ) <br /> <br />I, Charles R.
