Mr. Walker has not followed through with the City <br /> <br />Council's assigned~sk as directed, more specifically, <br /> <br /> a) Failure to utilize supportive administrative <br /> staff as directed by the City Council concerning <br /> Land Fill negotiations with the City of Anoka, <br /> <br />b) Failure ~o cause the rubbish on the Rudy Peterson <br /> property to be properly disposed of~ <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Failure to prepare and forward 'to Council members <br />the minutes of the council meetings shortly after <br />each Council Meeting as directed by the City Council. <br /> <br />Failure to attend some Pgrks-C0mmission meetings <br />as the City Council's liaison, as directed by <br />%he City Council. <br /> <br />· -e) <br /> <br />Failure to establish personnel regulations and <br />policies as Mr. Walker said he would in early <br />January, 1976, and as discussed by the Personnel <br />Committee at its January 14, 1976~ meeting and a~ <br />subsequent personnel committee meetings. <br /> <br /> <br />
