I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />150.016C COSTS <br /> <br />ROUTINE MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Costs incurred for such routine cleaning as referred to in Chapter 150.016 <br />shall be born by the property owner. <br /> <br />NON-ROUTINE MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Ail other costs incurred to maintain system operability shall be directly <br />absorbed by the owner. <br /> <br />150.016D DISPOSAL <br /> <br />Disposal of tank pumping, box cleaning, or other material shall be at agency- <br />approved locations. Distribution box cleanings may be disposed of in the in- <br />dividual disposal system, provided the system's operation is not hindered by <br />so doing. <br /> <br />150.017 SYSTEMS INVENTORY <br /> <br />The plumbing inspector shall create, update, and maintain an accurate inventory <br />of all individual sewage disposal systems within the Ramsey corporate limits. <br />Information to be recorded shall include~ but not be limited to: <br /> <br />a) Location; <br />b) Description of original installation; <br />c) Improvements made; <br />d) Pumping records~ <br />e) Soil types. <br /> <br />150.018 HEALTH HAZARDS <br /> <br />150.018A GENERAL <br /> <br />Ail systems which are in a state of disrepair and/or improperly constructed, <br />or which in relation to existing use constitute a hazard to safety or health <br />or public welfare by reason of either inadequtate maintenance or construction, <br />dilapidation, or obsolescence, as determined by the inspection procedures in <br />Chapter 150.0~5 or any other effective section or city ordinance, are for the <br />purpose of this chapter hereby declared to be health hazards. Ail such health <br />hazards shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or removal in <br />accordance with the procedure specified in Chapter 150.018B. <br /> <br /> <br />
