SYSTEM REPAI RS At such time that the owner observes a malfunction of the system, the owner shall immediately notify the plumbing inspector of the problems. Required maintenance shall be arranged for by the owner to maintain proper system operation. 1S0.016C COSTS ROUTINE I,IAI NTENANCE Costs incurred for such routine cleaning as referred to in Chapter 150.O16 shall be borne by the city, but assessed to the property owner. NON- ROUTINE blAINTENANCE All other costs incurred to maintain system operability shall be dir- ectly absorbed by the owner. 150.016D DISPOSAL Disposal of tank pumping, box cleaning, or other material shall be at agency-approved locations. Distribution box cleanings may be dis- posed of in the individual disposal system, provided the system's operation is not hindered by so doing. 150.017 SYSTD~ INVENTORY The plumbing inspector shall create, update, and maintain an accurate inventory of all £ndividual sewage disposal systems within the Ramsey corporate limits. Informal:ion to be recorded shall include, but not be limited to: a. Location; b. Description of original installation; c. Improvements made; d. Pumping records; e. Soil types. 150.018 HEALTt t ttAZARDS 150.018A C~NERAL Ail systems which are in a state of disrepair and/or improperly con- structed, or which in relation to existing use constitute a hazard to safety or he.~lth or public welfare by reason of either inadequate maintenance or construction, dilapidation, or obsolescense, as deter- mined by the in~;pection procedures in Chapter 15~OLSor any other effective secti,m or city ordinance, are for the purpose of this chapc:er hereby teclared to be health hazards. Ail such health hazards shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or rem3val in accoydance with the procedure specified in Chapter 150.018B.
