I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />property at reasm~able times for the purpose of effecting scheduled <br />maintenance as outlined in Chapter 150.016A. <br /> <br />SYSTEM REPAI RS <br /> <br />At such time that the owner observes a malfunction of the system, the <br />owner shall immediately notify the plumbing inspector of the problems. <br />Required maintenance shall be arranged for by the owner to maintain <br />proper system operation. <br /> <br />1S0.016C COSTS <br /> <br />ROUTINE I,IAI NTENANCE <br /> <br />Costs incurred for such routine cleaning as referred to in Chapter 150.O16 <br />shall be borne by the city, but assessed to the property owner. <br /> <br />NON- ROUTINE blAINTENANCE <br /> <br />All other costs incurred to maintain system operability shall be dir- <br />ectly absorbed by the owner. <br /> <br />150.016D DISPOSAL <br /> <br />Disposal of tank pumping, box cleaning, or other material shall be <br />at agency-approved locations. Distribution box cleanings may be dis- <br />posed of in the individual disposal system, provided the system's <br />operation is not hindered by so doing. <br /> <br />150.017 SYSTD~ INVENTORY <br /> <br />The plumbing inspector shall create, update, and maintain an accurate <br />inventory of all £ndividual sewage disposal systems within the Ramsey <br />corporate limits. Informal:ion to be recorded shall include, but not <br />be limited to: <br /> <br />a. Location; <br />b. Description of original installation; <br />c. Improvements made; <br />d. Pumping records; <br />e. Soil types. <br /> <br />150.018 HEALTt t ttAZARDS <br /> <br />150.018A C~NERAL <br /> <br />Ail systems which are in a state of disrepair and/or improperly con- <br />structed, or which in relation to existing use constitute a hazard <br />to safety or he.~lth or public welfare by reason of either inadequate <br />maintenance or construction, dilapidation, or obsolescense, as deter- <br />mined by the in~;pection procedures in Chapter 15~OLSor any other <br />effective secti,m or city ordinance, are for the purpose of this <br />chapc:er hereby teclared to be health hazards. Ail such health hazards <br />shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or rem3val in <br />accoydance with the procedure specified in Chapter 150.018B. <br /> <br /> <br />
