A schedule showing the proposed times within which application for ~inal approval of all sections of the planned unit development are intended to be filed; h. ~ topographic map prepared by a registered civil ~ngineer or land s~rw~yor covering the entire tract ~roposed for development. Such maps shall be drawn ~t a scale of 1" ~ 100' and shall indicate topography ~t a two-foot contour interval. It shall show in ~ccurate detail the topography, existing buildings, ~and features and trees. 2. The written statement shall include the following: a. An explanation of the general character of the planne4 development; b. A statement describing the ultimate ownership and maintenance of all parts of the development, ~nclud- ~ng streets, structures, and open space; c. ~he total anticipated population to occupy the planne~ ~nJt developments, with breakdowns as to thm number mf school age children, adults, and families, FINAl, DI!VELOPH~AIT PLAN SPECIFICATIONS The final development plan filed with the zoning officer shall montai, ~n final form all of the information required in the preliminary devel- opment plan. ];IN1)INGS REQUIRED The findings necea~ary for approval of the preliminary and fina~ devml- opment plans shall be based on the following and describe in what yms- pect the pi. an would or would not be in the public interest. 1, Th~ plan is not in conflict with the Ramsey ~omprehensive plan, as amended, 2.
