Procedural P-equi~ts Receipt of Proposals: The City of Ramsey will receive proposals meeting the specifications outlined below until q:00 p.m. on November 25, 1983 at the City of Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsay, MN. Proposals should be in o sealed envelope clearly marked: "Proposal for Integrated Computer System." Lateness: No proposals received later than q:00 p.m. on November 25, 1983 will be considered. Joint Vendors: Vendors submitting proposals in conjunction with one or more other vendors must submit one (I) combined proposal. The proposal must clearly identify the vendor who has ultimate responsibility for oil aspects of system set-up~ delivery, performance and maintenance.
