Company members reviewed memo from Ms. Norris dated May 8, 1986 regarding <br />status of Mississippi and Rum River bridge crossings. See Attachment I. <br /> <br />Mr. Muller stated that he would contact the County regarding Ramsey's desire to <br />have the Mississippi River bridge crossing access in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Mr. Kurak volunteered to contact Mn/DOT regarding transportation needs in <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />C_~ Status Of Business Incubater Study: <br /> <br />Mr. Hardin stated that Anoka hired the firm of Pryde, Roberts and Company to do <br />a siting process for an incubater building; the Kovar building in Ramsey was <br />reported as the most feasible. Anoka wants to meet with Ramsey regarding a <br />joint incubater project. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding concern for ordinance violations occurring at <br />businesses on Hwy. 10. Mr. Hardin urged the Company members to write to <br />Planning and Zoning expressing their concerns. <br /> <br />Case ~6: Status 0n Extension Of Sanitary Sewer And Municipal Water To <br /> Industrial Area: <br /> <br />Mr. Hardin stated that Council has conducted a public hearing and in the <br />process of counting off the 60 day waiting period required by Charter.
