11'19 TRILOGY HOMES, INC <br /> <br />(FAX 763 753 1921 <br /> <br />To whom it may concern: <br /> <br />In regards to the situation pertaining to thc road Right of Way at the end of <br />160a lane I would like to state the following: <br /> <br />I believe that I have followed all the guidelines, directions and rcqukements <br />set forth by the C/tv Cotmcil, Planning and Zoning and the Board <br />Adjustments. <br /> <br />I have provided all documentation and applications requ/red of me in a timely <br />manner. <br /> <br />I have worked closely with staff and followed thck directives to the letter. <br />Furthermore, more I would like to state that I was unaware of any problems <br />with the road Right of Way in question. I worked closely with the neighbors <br />and staff'on the marking of the driveway, tree removal in the driveway and <br />t/me frame of the work that was to be completed. <br /> <br />I made myself available to botl~ the Kaas's and the Dusbabeks and had many <br />conversations with Fran, Steve and Lori (I have only met Cln'is once) about <br />their concerns from 10-02-03 tkrough my last contact with them shortly after, <br />the tree removal on l-15-03. <br /> <br />I believe that I have been honest and clear during these discussions and felt <br />that I had done a good job keeping them informed. <br /> <br />No d/sputes in regards to the tree removal were brought up in the <br />conversations I had with Steve and Loft the week prior to the tree removal. <br />We discussed the schedule, type of equipmenI and how long the process <br />would take. If any issue would have come ur~ I would not have proceeded, i <br />would also li.ke to state that I have never had a unfi-/endly conversation with <br />either neighbor and hope that a resolution can quickly be 'found. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br />Gte g Bauer <br /> <br /> <br />
