Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember <br />Van Wagner authorizing a reimbursement to the property owner to the <br />south of Trott Brook Cemetery an amount equal to that of what it <br />would have cost the City to replace the woven wire along that portion <br />of the property. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann stated that this matter <br />should be tabled until it determined whether or not Trott Brook <br />Cemetery falls under City jurisdiction. <br /> <br />Councilmember Sorteberg withdraws his motion and Councilmember <br />Van Wagner withdraws her second to the motion. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Van Wagner to table this case until such time as it is determined <br />whether or not Trott Brook Cemetery falls under Ramsey's jurisdiction. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council authorized City Staff to research whether or cemeteries <br />are under City jurisdiction and report back to Council at their <br />next regular meeting. <br /> <br />Case #3: Price Quotes Received On Declared Surplus POlice Car - 1980 Olds: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann <br />to adopt Resolution #83-95 accepting price quotes submitted for the 1980 <br />Olds which has been declared surpluse property by the Ramsey City Council <br />and awarding the bid to Mr. Gostav Holz in the amount of $952.00. (Please <br />refer to resolution file for Resolution #83-95). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Van Wagner and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Discuss Change Of Location For M & L Liquors: <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle explained that Butch Leininger, owner of M & L Liquors, could <br />not be present and that he is making tentative plans to relocate the <br />business across the street and wants to know how this relocation will <br />affect his liquor license. <br /> <br />Council consensus is to send Mr. Leininger a copy of letter dated June 6, <br />1983 from City Attorney Goodrich to Ramsey City Council which states that <br />a new liquor license application would be required in the event of <br />relocating. <br /> <br />Council consensus is that if Mr. Leininger follows proper procedures, there <br />should be no reason for the City to deny his application. <br /> <br />Case #6: Kenneth Peterson: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />authorizing City Staff to prepare a findings of fact for Mr. Kenneth <br />Peterson od 15407 Hematite regarding length of street to be paved. <br /> <br />Sp C/June 6, 1983 <br /> Page 5 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
