Steve Althouse - 6320 169th Lane - Stated that he hopes the City does not <br />award the bid to the contractor that constructed 167th. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the City would not. <br /> <br />Ken Budde - 169th Lane - Inquired what would happen if that same contractor <br />was the lowest bidder for this project. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that the City is not obligated to accept the <br />lowest bid. <br /> <br />Mr. Budde inquired if units referred to lots or homes. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikaa stated that units refers to lots. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that vacant, platted, buildable lots are assessed. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Schlueter, Reimann, <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
