The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the plat
providing that either Lot 2, Block 1 be filled in in order to be built upon or
that it is combined with Lot 1. That decision needs to be made prior to final
platting and the plat may proceed only if the plat of Oakwood Hills is
approved.

Mr. Jon Rambosek stated that it is his intention for Block 1 to have two lots.

Mr. Hartley stated that the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the plat
and have tentatively recommended acquiring land parallel to the drainage ditch
for a future trail.

Councilmember Pearson asked how much fill would be needed for the lot.

Mr. Rambosek stated that he needs to check with the City Engineer.
