JIM PETERSON <br /> Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Peterson is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of the 20 acre <br />parcel located on Variolite Street NW between 171st and 172nd Avenues NW. Mr. <br />Peterson is proposing to split the parcel into two ten-acre parcels. Access to <br />these parcels would be from Variolite Street NW. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a site location map showing Mr. Peterson's <br />property. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed Mr. Peterson's request on November <br />5, 1986 and recommended that a metes and bounds subdivision be approved with <br />the provision that no future subdivision of the property be allowed until roads <br />are provided.
