The Developer shall contact the City's Building Division to provide an estimate of fees due <br />with each Building Permit. It is hereby noted that Sewer Availability Charges (SAC) and Water Availability Charges <br />are due at time of building permit in addition to the above at a rate of $2,485 per unit and $1,177 per unit respectively. <br />Recommendation. City Staff is recommending that the City approve the Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Site Plan. <br />
