14.2 An Employee's accrued or "banked" vacation leave may not oxcood two timos tho yearly <br />accrual at any point in time paust be equal to or less than two times the yearly accrual by - <br />December 31' of each year; any accruals exceeding this amount will be forfeited. <br />17.3 Employees required to work on any of the holidays of: <br />Martin Luther King's Day <br />President's Day <br />Memorial Day <br />Independence Day (4th of July) <br />Labor Day <br />Columbus Day <br />Veteran's Day <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Christmas Eve Day <br />Christmas Day <br />New Year's Day <br />shall receive an additional 1/2 time for the time they work on such holiday.
