o 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. 16. 'ihat the proposed size of the accessory structure is in compliance with Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. That there are unique circumstances applying to the subject property that do not generally apply to other properties in the district; namely, that the front property line is configured with an inverted angle and a sharp decline in topography exists in the side and rear yard. That the special conditions causing the undue hardship do not result from the actions of the Applicant. That the variance requested is the minimum variance which would alleviate the hardship. That such variance is necessary for the preservation of a substantial property right similar to that possessed by other properties in the R- 1 Rural Residential District. That if granted, the variance will/will not grant the Applicant any special privilege that is denied to other owners of lands, sumcmres or buildings in the same district. That if granted, the variance will/will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the R- 1 Rural Residential District. That if granted, the variance wilUwill not substantially increase the congestion of public streets, or increase the danger of fn'e, or endanger the public safety, or substantially impair property values within the neighborhood. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 24th day of June, 1993.
