He is punctual and pays <br />attention to detail. Ryan works well with othez <br />5ties and in representing Ramsey in the Nortl~ <br />Metro area. Council feels that the disorderly state <br />~f his office does not reflect a well organized City <br />~ffice. <br /> <br />P~yan uses good judgment and understands routine <br />problems and shows good decision malting ability. <br />[-Ie is careful about what he tells the public an, <br />Council. Ryan should focus more on addressing an, <br />informing the Council as a group. <br /> <br />Ryan's doing a good job in meeting work objectives. <br />He appears to be meeting deadlines. <br /> <br /> <br />
