Development <br />Block Grant dollars. In 1996, $66,000 is allocated out of thc Landfill Trust Fund to complete thc <br />portion of thc Itaska/Erminc traiI loop between Autumn Heights Park and Central Park and <br />providing pedestrian access from Central Park to Variotite Street N.W. and thc St. Anthony Gun <br />Club. Sunfish Lake <br /> <br />The Sunfish Lake district is the area of most active urbanization with/n the commun/ty of Ramsey. <br />Most of the park development that has been occurring and will occur in the near future wii1 happen <br />because of park dedication revenues in to the Park Trust Fund. 1993 will see a continuation of the <br />Emerald Pond Park development just north of County Road #116 east of Tungsten Street N.W. <br />The completed park MIi re~li:,e a b~Itfiel~soccer field, trail system, picn/c and playground areas, a <br />shelter and parking lot. While projected as a 1993 development, improvements will be completed <br />as park dexfication revenue becomes available. It is proposed to develop the Wood Pond I4~lls trail <br />system in 1994 through use of Intergovernmental Revenues and Landfill Trust Fund dollars for the <br />local match. This trail system will include components along County Road #116, Trunk Highway <br />#47, and sldrring the wetlands north of Ramsey Terrace south of the Wood Pond H~lls and east of <br />the Wood Pond projects housing subdivision, connecting the R~msey Elementary School, the <br />Emerald Pond Park, Flintwood I-l~lls Park and Pdver~s Bend Park. In 1996, it is proposed that <br />Fhmwood Hills Park, at the intersection of Dysprosium Su'eet N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W., <br />receive a $32,000 playground and shelter improvement ufil/zing Landf~ Trust Fund dollars. As <br />this subdivision was a Tax Increment Project, it also would be ehgibte for improvements out of <br />that fund if revenues become available. The last projected improvement in this district is a 1996, <br />$51,000 Park Trust Fund improvement entitled The Sunfish Lake Trail, wl'fich is intended to <br /> <br /> <br />
