Oxbow District Year ~ Rivers Bend sidewalk 1993 $ 12,700 - MSA Amber Ridge and Juniper Woods 1993 $ 76,875 - Park Trust $ 89,575 Project ~7 - The Mississippi District Currently there is not a developed municipal park south of Highway #10 within the City of Ramsey, although there is a future 280 acre county wildlife preserve planned for this neighborhoc~i. Proposed in 1993 and 1994, concurrent with development of the Rivenwick residential subdivision, are park and trail improvements paid out of the Park Trust Fund, Intended is a trail system along the Mississippi River connecting to the Mississippi West Regional Park and eventually to the City of Anoka with development as well of a ballfield and playground. Ti'tis park is also eligible for Tax Increment funds which could be utilized alternatively should funds become available from that source. Currently park development is estimated at $55,800. Project - Mississippi District ~ Rivenwick Park and trail 1993 Rivenwick Park and trail 1994 8,800 - Park Trust 37,000 - Park Trust / TTF* 55,800 Project 6'8 - Demarest Brook Located in the Demarest Brook district is the Fox Ridge Estates subdivision that was developed in 1991 and 1992 with a small neighborhood park designated just off Trunk Highway g47. This is an area of the commurfit3' currently void of any park development, therefore, it is projected that $65,500 be allocated for 1995 from Land.fiG Trust funds in order to develop the Fox Park and portions of the trail system leading to this park area. Demarest Brook Fox Park 1995 $ 65,500- LFT $ 65,500 Project g9 - Trott Brook Trott Brook is the park district between Variolite Street N.W. and Ramsey Boulevard N.W. north of 153rd Avenue N.W. and south of Trott Brook. Cun'ently located in the district are the Traprock and Titterud Parks. It is proposed that in 1996, from the Land_t-ill Trust Fund, $12,000 be allocated to pave the Tittered parking lot.
