Proposed in 1993 and 1994, concurrent with development of the Rivenwick <br />residential subdivision, are park and trail improvements paid out of the Park Trust Fund, Intended <br />is a trail system along the Mississippi River connecting to the Mississippi West Regional Park and <br />eventually to the City of Anoka with development as well of a ballfield and playground. Ti'tis park <br />is also eligible for Tax Increment funds which could be utilized alternatively should funds become <br />available from that source. This is <br />an area of the commurfit3' currently void of any park development, therefore, it is projected that <br />$65,500 be allocated for 1995 from Land.fiG Trust funds in order to develop the Fox Park and <br />portions of the trail system leading to this park area. <br /> <br />Project . Cun'ently located in the district are the Traprock <br />and Titterud Parks. It is proposed that in 1996, from the Land_t-ill Trust Fund, $12,000 be <br />allocated to pave the Tittered parking lot. <br /> <br /> <br />
