A copy of the final permit, if approved, shall be transmitted to the <br />City within five days of receipt. <br /> <br />There shall be no exterior storage of materials and/or equipment and there shall be no <br />materials stored on the site which are not incidental to the engine and transmission <br />disassembly operations. <br /> <br />No defined hazardous wastes shall be stored or handled at the facility unless the required <br />permits have been obtained from Anoka County Environmental Services and the City has <br />been provided a copy of same. <br /> <br />Insects and rodents on the site shall be controlled and exterminated as needed and additional <br />control may be directed by the City Inspector subject to all applicable laws, rules and <br />regulations. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for removing debris caused by vehicles using the <br />facility. Debris removal activities shall be instituted promptly following information of <br />such accumulation. In the event the Permit Holder fails to remove debris within 24 hours <br />of notice of accumulation by the City, the City may cause such debris to be removed. The <br />City shall bill the cost of such removal to the Permit Holder and payment shall be remitted <br />within 30 days of the date of such billing. Visual checks for debris accumulation shall be <br />made at least once daily by employees of the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />All equipment and vehicles utilized in the conduct of business at Danny's Tranny's, Inc. <br />shall be periodically inspected and maintained to minimize noise, odors, safety and fn-e <br />safety concerns and to assure optimum pollution control. <br /> <br />Surface and ground waters originating outside and passing through or adjacent to the <br />Subject Property and runoff water discharged from the Site shall, at its point of departure <br />from the Subject Property, meet all applicable federal and state water quality standards as <br />they exist from time to time during the period of this CUP. The operator shall perform any <br />water treatment necessary to comply with applicable state and federal water quality <br />standards as they exist from time to time during the period of this CUP. C_rradlng and <br />drainage plans shall be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer in conjunction with <br />the construction of the building on the Subject Property. Berming shall be installed as <br />necessary to control run-off. <br /> <br />Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with Sheet 2 of 4 of the site plan drawn <br />by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., dated 8/26/92 with revision dates of 8/27/92, <br />9/16/92 and 5/11/93. The number of off-street parking spaces shall consist of a minimum <br />of 15 employee, 7 visitor, and 3 tractor-trailer. <br /> <br />All parking, loading, and maneuvering areas and driveways shall be surfaced with <br />bituminous or concrete and finished with B-612 concrete curbing. <br /> <br />Ail loading and unloading operations shall be conducted wholly on the subject property. <br /> <br />The traffic generated by the use shall be controlled in a manner that will avoid congestion of <br />public streets and traffic hazards. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall regularly police the area open or visible to the public so as to keep <br />it in a neat, orderly, sanitary and aesthetic condition at all times. <br /> <br /> <br />
