8. That the Applicant is at retired status and resides on the main level of the dwelling unit while in Minnesota, approximately 6 months a year. 9. That the lower level accessory apartment is generally occupied I2 months a year. 10. That the Applicant has stated that the apartment provides opportunity for property security and caretak/ng for those times when the Applicant is not residing in the State of Minneso~ 11. That the Building Official has stated that the size of the on-site septic system will accommodate heavy use seasonally. 12. That there are 2 similar permitted conditional uses in the single family districts except that both units within each of the structures are intended for occupation 12 months a year. 13. That the proposed use Mil/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. 14. That the proposed will/will not be dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicL~ty. 15. That the proposed use will/will not substantially or adversely impair the use, enjoyment or market value of surrounding properties. 16. That the proposed use will/Mil not be maintained in order to be harmonious in appearance with the existing and intended character of the R-1 Rural Resident/al District. 17. That the proposed use will/will not be adequately served by essential public services. 18. That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services. .~ 20.
