The order of business may be >nIfle6 as determined from time to time by the presiding officer or upon council motion. but all public hearings shall be held at rhe rime specified in the notice of hearing or as soon thereafter as possible. Subd. ~.2 Agenda. An agenda of busines~ for each regular council meeting shall be prepared by the Cierk and filed in the office of the Clerk not later rhan five days prior to the meeting.
