2.03.01 Estabhshment. Subd. 1. Boards and Commission!;. The City of Ram~t': hereoy establishes the followmg Boards and CommissIOns: PlannIng CommIssion Park and Recreauon Commlsslon Economic Development ComnusslOn Fire Board Horse Care Board Board of Building Appeals Board of Adjusrrnem and Appeals Subd. 2. Purpose of Boards and Commissions. All Boards and Commissions created by rhis section shall be for the purpose of advising the CiryCouncil with respect to any municipal funcrion or acrivit)' or to perform quasi judicial funcrions as designated herein and/or as designated from time ro time hy City Council Resolution. Subd. 3. Abol ishment. The Ciry Council mav bv ordinance abolish an\' Board or Commission created herein. 2.03.02 Appointment of Members. Terms of Office and Removal. Subd. 1.
