This comparison of actual pedormance with expectations and standards serves both as a basis for recognition of <br />accomplishment, as well as a means to plan improvement where deficiencies are found; it may also be utilized in a progressive, <br />disciplinary process to resolve continuing poor pedormance. <br /> <br />This pedormance appraisal may also be used to determine the employee's level of reward in a pedormance based pay plan. <br /> <br />The benefits to be gained are improved or well-maintained personal and department pedormances and efficiency through goal- <br />setting, communication, and the identification of employee training and development needs; all of which result in improved delivery <br />of services to Ramsey residents. <br /> <br />NOTICE: <br /> <br />You are required to maintain this form In the employee's personnel file until four (4) years after the employee <br />terminates employment with the City of Ramsey /_~. <br /> <br /> <br />
