Such revisions shall be authorized in accordance with Condition z~6 herein. Afterburner. The Permit Holder shall not use the melt furnaces for processing unless an a~terburner unit is installed and in operation on each melt furnace. Em~-r_~cncy Emissions Testing. If, in thc opinion of the City Administrator or an authorized representative, it is determined to conduct pollution tests during an officially reported incident, the City may contract with ma independent testing laboratory who shall be permitted access to the facility to conduct tests as may be, presc'r'ibefl by the City and to evaluate conditions of the facility. The cost of such evaluation testing and reports shall be borne by the Permit Holder and payment of such costs will be due within 30 drays of the invoice date. Corrective Actions. The City may orflm the Permit Holder to undertake corrective actions within specific time frames based on test n:sulrs or evaluation to rem~y, pollution problems or nuisance complaints. If the Permit Holder fails to take corrective acnon within specified time frames, it may be determined by the City Council to be a xfolafion of the CUP and cause for permit revocation. DisassembB' of Engines. Transmissions. Other Feedstock. Disassembly of engines, wa.nsmissions and other feexistoek shall not be permitted on the site under this Conditional Use Permit unless conducted wholly within a building in accord with State and Federal requirements. Cutting of uncontaminated fegxistock to fit the melt furnaces shall be conducted wholly inside the building. Liquid Waste/I-I~ardous Wastes..All liquid waste, waste solvents, cleanse~, or wastewater generated from the rtisassembty and cleaning of vehicle engines or transmissions shall be collated and stm'ed in a leakproof system in aeeor~ce with state and federal relations and then ~ransponed off site. Waste flui~ shall be stored inside the building in sturdy, leakproof storage containers or rank~ in accord with MN Rules 7045.0526 or 7045.0528. The Permit Holder shall submit ~ copy of the original shipping manifest and the completed manifest for hazardous waste quarterly to the City Zoning A~m/nisrrator. A copy of the application submittal for a I'qn~'~rflous Waste Facilky Permit shall be submitted to the City concurrently with submittal to Anok2 County and MPCA.
