The Permit Holder shall notify <br />the City of any change in ash processing/disposal facilities within 30 d~ys of such change. <br /> <br />.W/re Prosessing. All hauling, processing, separating, dispose and other activities <br />in,dental to me aluminum preccssmg operation shall be conducted in conformance w~th st~,a <br />and federal regulations and in acco~cc with thc appi.icable requirements of the Pm-form~nee <br />Standards of the City Code and B/W Business Warehouse District.
