Exterior storage of accepted material is prohibited unless <br />properly screened from pubhc view. <br /> <br />Off-Street Parldn_¢. Off-stzeet parkqng shall bc provided such that them is at least one parldng <br />space for each employee on the rna~:irnum working shift (six) plus two spaces for visitor <br />parLfng. <br /> <br />Psvement Surfacing. Ail trailer storage areas, parking areas, loading docks, and driveways <br />shall be stiriaced with bituminous or concrete. <br /> <br />Scope and Conduct of Or_ erations. The operations permitted by this CUP may be performed <br />on the Subject Property in conformance with existing statutory and regulatory authority and <br />requirements of the City, Ano~ Count-3', Mirmesor~ ("County"), and the Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency CMPCA"). <br /> <br />Furnaces. This permit shall be issued allowing for the use of two rock furnaces as described <br />by the Applicant in the CUP application suppon/nformation submitted February 22, 1991. <br />An increase in furnace capacity or a th;u'd melt furnace shall not be added to the operation <br />without application and approval of a new CUP. <br /> <br />~t_e~g~_l~.
