Absent: Commissioner Shepherd. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request for an Interim Use Permit to Allow for Outside Storage of <br />Commercial Equipment in the Front Yard of a Residential Property; Case of <br />Jeff Rockow <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald indicated that due to comments heard at the last Planning Commission <br />meeting and direction to Staff by the Planning Commission, Staff has drafted an Interim Use <br />Permit for five years for Jeff Rockow, which is the longest period of time allowed for this type of <br />permit. She indicated them was discussion at the last meeting about bonding requirements also; <br />however Staff felt this was a minor use and bonding should not be required. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt asked if Staff was recommending any impervious surface for the trailers, or <br />screening requirements. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald stated there is screening in place now, and fairly extensively.
