Improvement Project ~g92-19 was established in response to this petition and has <br />progressed to the point where, on January 26, 1993, City Council authorized the project to <br />proceed. The original project was competitively bid and State Statute 429.041(7) allows for <br />increasing the scope of such a public project by Change Order up to an amount of 25 pement of the <br />original contract at the same unit prices. The scope of project change falls within this allowable <br />range. The Contractor and Owner are agreeable to extending the scope of the project at the bid unit <br />prices. The work shall be performed in accordance with a two sheet set of plans last revised March <br />16, I993, prepared by Steven J. Jankowsk. i and the specifications for Project #92-17.
