~ Drainage from both the existing building and the proposed addition is away from <br />the building and to the west, eventually discharging to a wetland located on the property. <br />The details of the building plans do not specify the exact manner in which the roof runoff <br />will be discharged onto the adjacent grade. However, because of the relatively steep grade <br />surrounding the west and north walls of the building, care must be taken to ensure proper <br />erosion control. Silt fences should be placed around the wetland area to protect it dunng <br />grading operations. The wetland to which the runoff would be discharged is sufficiently <br />large to handle the runoff without significant hydrologic impact. <br /> <br />Building Materials: The exterior finish of the expansion is proposed to be painted rock face <br />concrete block, which is in compliance with City Code architectural standards. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 1993, to <br />consider your request for site plan approval.
