CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />SHELTER VENTURE PROPERTIES <br /> <br />On June 8, 1993, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Shelter <br />Venture Properties ("Permittee") to construct a 69,888 square foot expansion ("Structure") on the <br />existing Parabody facility located on the propert3, at 14150 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, which property is legally described ~ follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block t, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 4, Anoka Count3', <br />Minnesota; <br /> <br />PIN: 27-32-25-44-0016 <br />("Site") <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Snmcture shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and <br />approved by the City's Building Official. Approval is given for a building to be <br />cons~'ucted in accordance with Pages A2 and A3 of the Site Plan dated 5/11/93, revised <br />5/26/93, drawn by Graphic Design Architects. Ail building plans must be prepared and <br />certified by a registered engineer or architect. Consametion shall not commence until the <br />Permit'tee has submitted an erosion control plan determined to be acceptable by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />submit'w~ by the Permittee, which site plan consists of Page A1 of 3 dated 5/11/93, revised <br />5/26/93 and. , drawn by Graphic Design Architects. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee will construct and install the following <br />Site Improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown <br />on the Site Plan. The Improvements are the following: <br /> <br />Bituminous surfacing of parking lot, maneuvering area and loading area as shown <br />on Page A1 of the above referenced site plan; <br />Concrete curb consisting of B612 around the perimeter all bituminous surfacing <br />except the west lo~rtSng driveway which shall be finished with bermed bituminous <br />curb; <br />Class V installation; <br />Site grading, <br /> <br />Fir~ hines; ' <br />Silt fence around wetland during gr~d~r~g operations. <br /> <br />'the Improvements". <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained; the exact location shall be as directe~ by the <br />City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> <br />
